Mikkeller Kidnaps Hank and Frankie


To coincide with The Local Taphouse's Mikkeller Tap Takeover, a hugely exciting event that will see 20 beers from Mikkeller all on tap at the same time, The Local BottleStore & Provisions will have it's 2 growler fillers, Hank and Frankie pouring delicious Mikkeller Beer - On Hank will be Mikkeller Cream Ale (5% ABV) a fruity off centre pale ale with a twist, and on Frankie will be Mikkeller Tripel (9% ABV) a big Belgian style tripel.

But wait, there's still more!

Starting tomorrow (Tuesday 23/08/2011) until the first Mikkeller beer runs out at The Local Taphouse, we will be offering 10% off the price of either beer!

There is only one keg of most of them, so you'll have to get in quick.

    Hi Guys, came in last night trying to get some cream ale but you were all out and I don't like Tripel beer. What are you replacing the tap with today?

    Thanks James, will try come by after work to grab some, hoping you also have empty bottles avail as I don't have one yet, out of curiosity, what is the cost of a bottle and a fill of Galaxy?

    Hi Marc,

    The empty growler bottle is a one off cost of $15. A fill of Galaxy IPA is $22.00. Hope to see you later today.
